Shareholder Member Application Request
Ownership & One Simple Membership
Paper Umbrella is a real investment in real property. Every Paper Umbrella member has opportunity for an equity stake in the property portfolio. As properties increase in value, so does the value of your investment. And the rights of members are secured in a member charter.
Here’s how to apply:
- Complete a Shareholder Member Application Request for review by Paper Umbrella.
- Once approved, make a $10,000 refundable deposit
- You then have 15 days to:
- Review the related agreements and regulations, and relay any questions
- Execute a Share Subscription Agreement to become a Shareholder Member
- Pay subscription balance.
Share subscription funds are held in trust by Paper Umbrella’s lawyers until payments on properties are required.
Paper Umbrella Residences Club is structured as a not-for-profit share corporation, governed by a memorandum and articles of association. The business of the Club is managed by Radar Adventures Inc., through two management contracts – one governing the operations and administration of the Club and the other governing the sale of shares and purchase and sale of the private luxury residence properties owned by Paper Umbrella.
Membership in the Club is comprised of Shareholder Members and Recreational Members. You may join Paper Umbrella as a Shareholder Member and/or a Recreational Member. Only Recreational Members may use the Club's Properties.
