Recent accomplishments:

• Researched a dozen locations - 3 in Mexico, 4 in the Western United States and Canada, and 5 in the Caribbean.
• Signed deals on our first two properties in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico and Roatan, Honduras!

Next up:

• Continuing research for our next homes – we're looking at Palm Springs, Dominican Republic, San Francisco and New York, New York. Input welcome!
• Setting up full Board
• Completion of the "Member-only" access of website.

We just opened the "Early Investors Release" of 9 shares, priced at $138,500. Sales have commenced and it is expected to sell out quickly.
